1. Customer Service: The service provided by Pau was extremely poor, showing a complete lack of interest and professionalism. He gave no effort to resolve issues or ensure a pleasant stay. 2. Cold and Uncomfortable Stay: The lack of hot water completely ruined the jacuzzi experience. This issue has been mentioned in countless reviews, yet no action seems to have been taken by the owners. While there was air conditioning, it was insufficient to heat the room, and the heater near the bed shut off during the night. When we informed Pau, his response was that the pellets had run out, and no effort was made to restock them or address the situation. 3. "Sleeping Under the Stars" Experience: One of the main attractions of the place is sleeping under the stars, but the translucent cover was dirty, making it impossible to enjoy the view. 4. Food and Service Issues: Although the food was decent, dietary preferences or allergies were not considered, which is a basic expectation in such accommodations.
