“Good location and kitchen, but terrible communication and major access issues”

The apartment is in a good location and the kitchen was well-equipped, although the layout and furniture were different from the photos. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing.

There were serious problems with communication and finding the apartment. There was no number on the apartment door, and after kind neighbors helped me locate it, I received an angry message from the host — completely unacceptable. Even worse, I was sent a message IN ALL CAPS telling me to read slowly! The check-in instructions were only sent on the day of arrival and were incomplete. The way communication was handled was absolutely unprofessional. Another major issue was access: nowhere in the listing was it mentioned that you have to climb extremely steep stairs to the 6th floor (counted as 1st to 6th). One vague photo is not enough — if I had known, I would never have booked this place. Cleanliness also left much to be desired — the glasses were dirty and the dishes had clearly not been washed properly. The Wi-Fi was extremely unstable, and I had to rely on mobile data most of the time. The terrace door didn’t work properly either.

Lovely apartments. Clean and roomy. Beds comfortable. Felt safe. Great location. Washing machine in situ. We had 2 apartments both lovely

Never had a kettle in one of the apartments we had. Didn’t complain to hosts as not a major problem.
