“Great place in the centre of old cit”

The apartment is very nicely furnished, with everything you might need for a week stay. In the centre of old city, close to everything - museums, shops, restaurants, park, bus stops, etc. We have taken a wrong key for the and Marina organized that the right one was delivered to us very quickly.

To be improved

The apartment is on 3rd floor, with no lift - 56 stairs, which might be challenging after walking the whole day in the heat. But not a big issue after you get used to it 😉

“Sunny apartment with artish heart in the heart of Valencia that could use some upgrade”

+ Location in the city center is perfect. + Size and arrangement of the apartment is good. + 2 balconies to enjoy Valencian sun. + The whole style of the apartment is very artistic, contemporary and unique. + Big fridge with a lot of space.

To be improved

- Level of cleanliness was below the average and far from what we expected. - Apartment is in the 3rd or 4th floor without elevator. - The shower head was not working properly. - You need to wait for hot water a couple of minutes under the shower. - Kitchen could have some renewal and facilites uprade AND proper cleaning before new guests arrive. - There is just one closet, which was enough for us two, but could be a challenge if more people come.

The location, in the old city but out of the way. The tiny balcony is sweet. The owner was helpful.

To be improved

Bookings says this is a 2 bedroom apartment. It is not. There are two beds in the open floor plan apartment. The bathroom did not have a full door. It was a half shower door of translucent glass. Smells and silhouettes from the bathroom are shared. It is right next to the kitchen.

Very spacious loft style apartment. Beautifully designed with a taste for furniture, artwork, books, etc. lots of amenities in the apartment like kitchen, microwave, balcony (3x!), washing machine, ac etc. the hosts are also extremely helpful with instructions, recommendations, and are very responsive to any questions. Location is right in the center of Valencia.
