“Awesome option for Valencia”
The best

Great option for Valencia. Good location, walking distance from city center (like 20 mins), good connection with all areas of the city by bus. Spotless clean, with anything you need for a great stay. Smooth check-in and good communication with the hosts. For sure will stay here every time I'll visit Valencia, ideal for a couple or for a trip with a kid.

“Pleasant stay”
The best

I booked this stay for my parents as they were traveling for my mom's 60th BDay. And what they've liked the most was that the room was freshly renovated and very spatious. The first day they've even walked all the way down to the Cathedral (and it was about 25min walk). The neighbordhood is filled with locals and they've enjoyed it, even if a bit far from the main touristy area.

To be improved

Communicating with the host/cleaning staff wasn't easy. If they do reply almost immediately via Booking (mainly in Spanish) getting in touch using the mobile number provided wasn't always easy. They were not speaking Spanish, nor English, nor Italian (I think they were from Ukraine) and my parents had to use a translator app to communicate with them. The apartment is at street level (which we knew) but often people lurk inside at night so the shades had to be down the whole time. But other than that. They had a pleasant stay. Probably a solo (and/or inexperienced) traveler would prefer a different, more central, solution. But they were happy with it overall.
