The owner/manager communicated very well and the check-in was easy. The apartment had been relatively recently renovated and was clean and well equipped.

To be improved

The air conditioning only worked in the bedroom, which meant that it was unbearably hot for the person sleeping in the loft bed in the main room. There is a disagreeable stench in the courtyard that you have to pass through to access the apartment. The neighbours can, at times, be noisy.

“Comfortable Apartment, Great Location, All Essentials Included”

The best

Perfect little apartment for a 3 person stay. More than enough towels and extra blankets provided as well as every appliance you could possibly need on a short trip including electric heaters for colder nights. Easy check in and communication from host. I trust if there were any issues they would have been taken care of.

To be improved

The hot water runs out quite quickly meaning we had to stagger showers a little. The apartment could use a humidifier as the air was noticeably dry.

“Good location”

I was given the impression I would be met by someone from the company. I waited outside for a few minutes and realized it was the cleaning woman giving me the keys. It was a bit frustrating as there was a language barrier which resulted in it taking 30 minutes longer to sort everything out. When we left, the cleaner appeared concerned that we were going to leave with the keys. We needed them to get in and out of the building to get our luggage. She hoovered over us until I gave her the keys back before I was ready as we were still getting our luggage into the car.

“Good stay close (right by) everything.”

Location, while it may at first glance seem a little "off" is just a few yards (literally) away from all the action and sites. The apartment itself is very well setup with everything you need. One item to be aware of is that there are limited windows and those look into the internal courtyard.

“Comfy and luxury apartment as stated”

The best

The interior is very well maintained and comfy. Master bedroom has air-conditioning which will definitely improve the experience. Also the host communicates very well for accessing the apartment and the car park.

Not related to the apartment, the buildings around the apartment are very old
