“Outstandingly good”
The best

I have nothing but positive feedback about this apartment. It's new, super clean, and extremely well-equipped. Very comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach, but for us, that was not an issue at all. In fact, we appreciated the location in a lively yet quiet street full of local people and small business—a refreshing change from the overly touristy or resort-like neighbourhoods common in Las Palmas. The no-key digital access was super easy, and the host was both available and very responsive to recommendations and support, though our stay was absolutely issue-free.

To be improved

I honestly can’t think of anything negative. If you require extensive outdoor space or extremely close proximity to the ocean, there might be some points to consider, but for me, the place was absolutely perfect.

Great location in the local, non touristic area Very clean and equipped with everything you need Responsible and very helpful staff

Noicy doors, can be improved by adding filters All lights are of cold white color (but it is very typical for GC)

The best

The apartment is very cosy and well equipped. We loved the space for ourselves, especially the balcony. Very close to everywhere and easy to find parking. Beach bags with beach towels were a very nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable.

To be improved

The shower was fantastic, but we had a bit of trouble with the hot water. The communication from the owner to resolve it was very good.
