“Lovely apt we enjoyed our stay thank you”

Apartment located up a steep hill. No problem for us but would not suit someone with mobility issues. Easy access to apartment via lift. Host was easy to contact and deal with. Apartment very spacious with huge balcony. Almost everything provided in apartment, toilet rolls, all cleaning products, shower gels, shampoo, hairdryer, washing machine, swimming towels. Wi-Fi very good. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again, only some minor issues which could easily be sorted.

To be improved

Fridge was cleared but not cleaned however apt was clean. Balcony got no sunshine at all and balcony door incredibly difficult to close, door handle badly needed. More towels needed as the apt is not cleaned during stay and due to lack of sunshine on balcony it took 3 days to dry towels. Also some of the evenings were quite cold and more blankets required for bed. Luckily we could take bedding from 2nd room. Host did advise extra bedding would be catered for if more people staying. It would be great if host could provide a small information sheet with Wi-Fi code details, how to use machines in apt, taxi number and possibly suggestions for local restaurants

“Stunning ocean view”

The best

This apartment in Tenerife was great! The ocean view from the balcony was incredible, and having an elevator was a huge plus for my father. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Location wise it was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!
