There was no Wi-fi connection even though it should have been part of the apartment services as stated on booking.com. Due to the apartment being located straight on the ocean cliff, be aware that the ocean is pretty loud at night due to the strong wind and ocean waves.

Communication Was awful from the start. In the end we had to collect the key not at the apartment, but in another city and then asked for instructions to get to the apartment which was super difficult and we needed to request a video. Which was already made but never shared, and when we said this should be shared by default the lady was completely unresponsive. Mold and mold smell The apartment has mold in several places and a moldy smell remains in the apartment. Mice in walls We were able to hear mice in the walls. We never saw one, but i used to live in a house with mice and i know exactly how the scratches sound like of mice when they sre inside the walls. Uncleaned drain in shower The shower drain wouldnt let any water through. I cleaned it myself with my bare hands (photos attached) Bed location on balcony This is the biggest joke ever. Why is the bed located on what seems to have been the balcony? The bed could have been in the living room, but no, on the balcony where the wind blows heavily, it’s cold, the ocean is super loud when its stormy and you barely find sleep. Others have complained about this before. We only booked this because by the time we booked, it had 10 stars and then 1 week later the truth came out.
