“Definitely "NOT" a hotel and very overpriced for what you get.”

The best

A very welcoming stay from staff at this NOHotel. The terrace apartments are large and roomy and the bed very big and comfortable. the apartments are well kitted out and the TV is a smart TV. Pool side has a snack bar and the pool beds are very comfortable. Pool table (free of charge) and games provided for families which was a nice touch. The pool is freezing cold, which i love but may not be for everyone.

To be improved

1st off if you dont like cockroaches then this is probably not the place for you. It is basically a 10-15 min walk to anything and parking around the property is limited. The room service is limited and only for stays over 8 nights, they dont give very many towels and there is a extra charge if you want more. around the pool there is limited beds which fill up fast and dont become free again until after 3pm. This place is charging way to much and i would say its over priced.

“Cool place and Great spot for a relaxed family holiday with everything you need close by.”

The place had such a lovely vibe! The games rooms were great for the kids, and we loved the pool area — the loungers were super comfy and the little infinity pool was a nice touch. The style of the place was really cool, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was spot on — just a 5 minute to the supermarket, and about a 10-minute walk to the main area, which was a nice stroll in the evenings. If we stayed again as a family, we probably wouldn’t bother with the roof terrace — we only went up there once, mainly because of the spiral staircase. A balcony would’ve been more useful, to be honest. There’s no air con, but the ceiling fans did the job. The kids’ room didn’t have one at first, but the staff were great and brought one over when we asked. Even though lilos aren’t allowed in the pool, the kids still had loads of fun playing ball games, and the fact that the pool was heated was a big win. All in all, it’s a really nice, well-styled apartment — worked perfectly for our family of two adults, a 14-year-old, and a 10-year-old.
