“The pool, the wellness, the staff (especially the helpfulness of the reception - they had all the info necessary), the view, the location, the animations. The food was good but not special. The bar. · Cons: Paying for the towels - it is usually included in all-inclusive service elsewhere. Sundeds are taken early it is not an issue with the hotel rather then with the people occupying it and then not using them all day.... Elevators can be a bottleneck especially if one of them is out of order. Beds are too soft. Non of these stopped us from having an awesome stay so absolutely recommended.”

Too many sunbeds , very cramped pool area, pool area untidy, sunbeds not clean, soiled sunbed mattress smoking areas not properly policed, guests smoking in non smoking areas all the time.

All inclusive services, food is really good, plenty of seefood almost every day, generally served local alcohollic drinks, vine shoud be better, but ok. Havana rum is available, when requested. Perfect location, beach for children near by hotel. Pool big enough even the hotel is full. Nice rooms, georgeous seeview.

Cleaness got worse. We brought some sand from beach into the room a nothing has changed the day afther the cleaning was ready. Unforunatelly, during our 10 days stay, we found 3 cockroaches (reastaurant, bar and even in the bathroom). Indoor Playground with pool ect. - majority od equipment was broken or did not worked correctly. Only 4 elevators, one closed, second did not worked correctly. Luckily we stayed in 2nd floor and were using stairs, but it would be a problem when staying higher. It was our second stay after 3 years and we will not come back again.

Everything! The location was amazing, the staff was amazing, food was nice, drinks , and the cleaning was great ! We just can’t wait to be back!!!
