“Great place to stay.”

The best

We got a great deal for half board. Very cheap drink, for a hotel. Nice big green area at the back for sunbathing. Friendly staff. Plenty of storage and hangers.

To be improved

Food was too much of the same for my liking. Towels could be a little bigger. Make sure your fridge door closes properly. Caters more for Germans and Spanish. No English TV channels. If your not eating at the hotel, you will have to walk to find different places to eat.

“Lovely hotel, staff in wellness center were so friendly and pleasant. Dinner was good variety every night lots to chose from. Good size balcony overlooking the pool. · Cons: Cleaning staff were rude. Rooms very small for 3 beds. Breakfast was the same every morning very bland and very boring.”

“I'd definitely recommend, it's a great hotel”

The best

The staff. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. From the reception to the cleaners, 10/10. The choice of food and the dessert menu was great

To be improved

The food; with the number of older people there, I was very surprised with the amount of salt in the food. Upgraded to inclusive so had all meals there and it was a choice of salty or bland or oily. And the "shot glasses" we were given get juice in the morning; nobody wants to take several trips to the juice jugs, and not a great look taking a plate of 6 glasses just to get enough juice. Maybe put allergy warnings on the food e.g. if the food has milk, seafood, gluten etc

“The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also quite pleasant. We especially enjoyed the balcony — it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a few drinks in the sun. · Cons: The room cleaning was not thorough, and towels were replaced on a fixed schedule rather than on demand. As a result, some clean towels were unnecessarily changed, while we had to continue using others that were quite dirty. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our entire 10-day stay.”
