Exceptional property right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants. Great location for trips to Almeria city and other locations. Very quiet and perfect for families with kids.

The location is very nice. The town and the front beach row is cool.

To be improved

The host was late to the meeting (and I think he was drunk) but that was not the worst. We found out the house was a mess, they did not clean after last guests. Do we had to wait for anothet 2 hours so they could clean it. The cleaning was bad (it is not possible to clean such a mess in an hour which is what they did). My wife had to reclean it herself. The house lacks internet and the shower was flooding the house. Such a shame. The location is beautifull but the host was terrible.
