The only small thing was that one side of the bed was against the wall. It meant there was no table to place overnight things such as water and clock and I had to climb down the very soft bed to get off it. The bed would benefit from individual pillows rather than one long, shared one.

The doors lock automatically if you close them - I got locked out at 10.30pm as the back door shut and had to get help from the neighbour. The owner came out to help me, she was lovely.

Lack of communication or bad communication: I set up the hour of our arrival (between 23-24:00), we couldnt find the location so we called to the owner. Nobody pick up the phone, even they had the previous notice about time of our arrival so they should be reachable at least during that time... So nobody answered my calls, we had to look for the location for several time which was really tiring if you travel 7 hours and you arrive late night Also they communicate only in Spanish, all the arrival instructions was in Spanish, when I asked sth in English they still reply in Spanish. Invoice: we travelled as a business trip, we checked the box for invoice during the process of the reservation and also after leaving I asked twice for an invoice but the owner doesnt communicate at all and we still dont have the invoice Cold: it was sooo cold in the appartment, even we put the AC for heating, it didnt heat at all, just making a big noise.
