Location was good, enclosed garden good for the dogs.

To be improved

Property hadn’t been cleaned to a high standard, dirty oven , dirty crockery. No hot water in the sink of the upstairs bathroom, no beds made up upstairs.electricity not safe , lights kept flashing, cables hanging. Fire extinguishers out of date, cracked tiles outside front door… health and safety. No hand rail to upstairs. Outside shower tray to pool… green with algey. Oven door would not stay open, very dangerous.

Nice location. Close to bus route, shops, restaurants. Nice clean pool for private use. Very spacious.

To be improved

Kitchen very small. Only a very old fashioned washing machine. Rules of silence between 3pm-5pm in the neighbourhood.
