The communication on booking was great but prior to arrival needs to be improved. Questions were unanswered so brought towels when we didn't need to. The transfer service that is offered was left unclear despite my clarification question sent earlier. The automated check in information sent the day before departure was the only way to get the host mobile no, this should be sent sooner. The host had not arranged for the transfer to be there on our arrival so was quite confusing and it transpired that they had what's apped me when I was in the air. Without a signal I couldn't get in touch with them and on arrival without a signal so had to borrow a phone to phone them. They sorted it in the end but was a little bit stressful and really didn't need to be. Suggest the mattress frame is replaced with one that is big enough for the mattress.

The property was very noisy. The guest didn’t take consideration of other guests. Loud talking at the pool, music playing on the phone without headphones, letting their dogs drop everything on the paths. Furthermore, the bungalow was very minimal. The bed was uncomfortable with too thin pillows. When two people wanted to shower and shave afterwards, the second person had only cold water. We minimised our shower time to two minutes to have some warm water. The furniture inside and outside were uncomfortable. It was not inviting to sit long outside and enjoy a coffee and reading a book. The sofa was okay but not relaxing. The ‘dining table’ and 3 little stools were not inviting to sit and enjoy dinner. We used the stools as coffee tables for the sofa. The gate door was damaged, the plastic protection on top of some of the piles were gone, which almost caused cuts in our hands. The glassware was minimal, especially when having friends over for a drink. At one point we almost considered to move to another complex.

Everything fine two sets of keys would help but just a small thing
