“Unforgettable stay in a beautiful willa”

We met Sebastian at the airport. He took us to the property and shown us everything. The property is fabulous. A bottle of wine on arrival, clean, kitchen very well stocked. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Very quiet location. We definitely will be back. Sebastian! You have been an amazing host- thank you for everything.

“COCKROACHES in the apartment, only two proper blankets, cats pooping in the garden.”

The best

Spar shop across the street, where you found everything you needed. Bus stop nearby, buses convenient to travel. The pool neat and comfortable, although the water already quite cool. The lady in the reception (only open Mon-Fri) is helpful.

To be improved

There were COCKROACHES in the apartment. The owner told us that you can poison them, but it just activates them to move. Due to that no poisoning was taken. They were found especially in the toilet, also in the living room and on terrace. We tried to clean and did not leave any food crumbs anywhere. Still, there were them, even on the terrace table. The holiday didn't go well when we were hunting these. There are only two blankets, which made it difficult for the other two people to sleep. Double bed is pretty narrow, and it's hard to sleep on a thin bedspread. The coffee pot makes coffee only for two at a time and others waited for their turn to have coffee in the mornings. The neighbor's cats went pooping in the yard, we didn't feed them, just came of their own accord. Gym, although advertised on the booking.com website, is not open. Air conditioning only in one of the bedrooms.

“Great bungalow!”

The best

The host was very kind. Great communication. The pool is pretty good and clean. The house is comfortable and with everything you could need..very quiet residence. The bungalow has a great garden. The beach is around 7min drive and 40min walk.(perfect for a morning run) 🌄

To be improved

The cleanliness of the comun areas could improve.

It was clean and tidy, although I didn’t actually see the main host. Sebastian was very friendly and helpful 😊 you can have a parking space if you hire one. Great water park and crocodile park 👍🏻

To be improved

We went December 2023, it says on the website a gym, that was not the case. This is no longer allowed to be used as sold privately, which was very disappointing for our son. Everything was closed, the bar, food places in this complex only. Lots of people live permanently in the complex, so there are a lots of dogs barking day and night, Sebastian did contact reception and it was stopped for a day or two, then started again. You definitely need a car if you stay here.
