Bungalow en complejo tranquilo en Maspalomas

Communication was dodgy! I tried ringing the agency number 2 days before travel to arrange arrival information but no answer despite ringing 10/15 times between 10am & 4pm. Then on arrival day (when in Gran Canaria I finally received a phone number to arrange key collection.) The bungalow facilities could be improved so easily with very little expense. A microwave, a set of crockery enough for the people staying (we had 1 dinner plate but 2 of us staying), more teaspoons, replace reclining chairs on terrace (broken & brittle plastic uncomfortable to lie on), clean set of bedding for a mid stay change (we were there 12 days and it was warm at nights!), an iron and ironing board. There was no information in the bungalow of where to empty the kitchen bin or what to do on checkout. We had a broken kettle & was replaced, and a new TV box brought. I asked what to do on early checkout & was advised to leave the keys in a certain place when leaving then on check out day received numerous phone calls and emails asking what time we were checking out (we were waiting to board our plane at the time!!).
