The best

Nice villa. Good location, from which you can walk both to the beach area around Faro and into the centre of Playa del Ingles, Yumbo Centrum, etc. Also close to supermarkets and bus stops for bus to the airport, etc.

Residential complex that was quite quiet during the week and packed at the bank holiday weekend. Easy check in/out. A bit dated inside but has all the basics for self catering accommodation and the TV was decent.

On the positive side, the bungalow was clean and functional, with a kitchen suitable for cooking and a washing machine (detergent provided upon request). The poolside bar is pleasant, and the area has a supermarket and restaurant nearby. The location is convenient, with easy access to both Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, and taxis are readily available at the gate. Despite the drawbacks, the accommodation was reasonably priced for the holiday season. However, it didn’t meet the expectations of an adults-only experience we were looking for.

To be improved

Playmar Bungalows is not an "adult-only" area, as there are families with children as well as many cats and dogs, making it unsuitable for those with allergies or couples seeking a quiet, adults-only retreat. The bungalows are not soundproof, so nights can be noisy. During winter, the pool water is too cold for swimming. Cleaning is not included and must be ordered at least a day in advance.
