There were no instructions regarding the use of the apartment (electricity switchboard, laundry machine). It was dark when we arrived and there was no electricity in the apartment. With good luck, I found the main electricity switch in the dark behind the board on the wall of the room. In the second bedroom, the ceiling lamp had burned out and in the other bedroom, there was no table lamp at all. One of the two lamps in the bathroom was burnt, it was too dark by the mirror. The drain in the bathroom didn't work properly, the water rippled on the floor every time after the shower. We got lot of general messages from the owner, but our questions were never answered, really bad customer service.

Location was perfect, space in apartment was good, shower excellent, box to collect keys really good, owner responds to queries really fast,

To be improved

I think the property would benefit from having an electric kettle, the kettle in the apartment was a danger to pour from and not practical, the toilet seat needs to be changed it kept coming off and having to be screwed back down.The wardrobe door in the main bedroom one of the handles kept falling off. The beds/pillows were not comfy and could do with a little update for more comfort.
