Property was new and modern and clean. Location was ok but a walk up a steep hill from the beach which is standard in Tenerife.

To be improved

Firstly the collection of the key card was poor and not clear from the outset. We arrived at the airport and got a taxi to the accommodation. We were early, however on enquiring about how to access we were then informed that we needed to collect a card 30mins walk from the bungalow. I chose a taxi at €10 each way. We were sent a 9 digit code that we had to use every time we accessed the bungalow. If you get it wrong first time, sit back, relax and wait a good few mins to re set. This was a hassle but got used to it in the end. Then we go in. Everything is remote controlled or as I like to call it ’over engineered’ remotes everywhere and no batteries in some so good luck opening blinds, pulling down awning, turning on fan, turning on AC, extractor hood, tv etc etc. but again, you get used to it. Apartment was clean and tidy however hit and miss with hot water from the shower (Russian Roulette). Complex was not the tidiest, rough around the edges but overall it did the job. Returning the key was equally awkward as collecting as we had to take 3 cases over to Las Americas to return the key and wait until it was time to leave. My advice to the owner. Leave a lock box with a key card on site. Way easier for your guests to collect and return. Experience spoiled over quality of the accommodation.

Think you should be told that you have to travel to another destination to pick up the card to get onto the complex Which is very inconvenient

Should be made beforehand that you have to travel to another destination to pick up the card to enter the complex Which is Very inconvenient especially when you have a disability You also don’t get the information until you arrive at your destination

Somebody should have met us when checking in at the property we were left waiting 45 minutes to get access and the key lock was difficult it wouldn't work several times
