Bungalow tranquillo e soleggiato

The hosts of this property were professional in their communications at all times and extremely helpful. A genuine and pleasant couple who were committed to making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Property was within secure managed complex. Very quiet. Exceptionally clean with all amenities. Good location for local restaurants, beach, golf course.

This is a traditional Canarian bungalow in a gated residential complex. The accommodation delivered everything that was promised in the marketing material and everything that I wanted as a solo traveller. Tranquility and sunshine was in abundance and could be enjoyed either poolside or on the property terrace. Poolside provides the breeze for the hotter days and the terrace provides the shelter on the more windy days and is also a lovely sun trap. The surrounding garden is lovely and, like everything else, is immaculately kept. The bungalow is shuttered which makes it feel very secure and the shutters also provides fresh cool air throughout the bungalow when needed. The inside of the bungalow is charmingly simple which means there is nothing to dislike. It is immaculately clean. I found everything I needed in the bungalow including cleaning materials and there was no need to ask Emanuela (owner and host) for anything as she has thought of everything. Emanuela lives in the complex, should she be needed, but does not intrude on the holiday at all. She provided a lovely welcome pack on arrival, together with a surprise lift to and from the airport. Thank you Emanuela, you are the perfect host to a wonderful property.

I stayed in this lovely property for one week and I was so impressed by the generous and thoughtful attention to detail by the owner. The apartment was bright and spotless and I very much appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (with washing machine), the availability of cleaning products, the little snacks left for my arrival and the essential Bialetti coffee pot! The terrace enjoyed sunshine throughout the day. The owner checked in throughout my stay to ensure I had everything I needed, a very kind and considerate person. This apartment has everything you need for a very happy, bright and peaceful stay.

This property was part of an excellent community. The grounds and swimming pool were well kept and it was a safe and secure environment. The bungalow was spotless and very well equipped. The owner (who also lived on site) was friendly and extremely helpful. A big plus was the access to UK television as we couldn’t go out every night! Although away from the main part of Caleta, there were a range of bars, restaurants and a small supermarket within easy walking distance.
