Bungalow Villa Sun

The description of the location is deceptive. It's not FRONT BEACH. The beach is far away. Before completing my booking I contacted the owner of the complex to confirm the distance and they answered that the apartment was 300 meters far from the first closest beach. It's not true. It's more then 1 kilometer. You need a car. It was a must for us as we had 2 little toddlers. Also it's very uphill so it's difficult to go and back with all the stuff for babies. Very disappointed. The apartment has only one air conditioning in the dining/kitchen area. Also we struggled to have showers because the boiler is undersized (just 50 lt.) it doesn't have enough warm water storage, for an apartment with 3 bedrooms so 6 people it's unfair. The pillows could be better then the ones we found. We've been for 16 days, we've got 1 big and 1 small bathroom towels each person for the entire time. We had to wash them and put them to dry quickly otherwise there was nothing to use. Luckily there was a washing machine...

No explanation on arrival about anything, no contact with the owner at all. Dishes were dirty, with still pieces of dry food on plates and cutlery. The bed had been covered with plastic protection, so the nights were very sweaty. Bathrooms need a big scrub and a clean. Didn't expect perfect or luxury, but the cleaning of this apartment before we could use it was not it.We will not return to this place.

They was no hair dryer

Bed quality is the only negative thing from this stay. Bed with metal springs remains me soviet union. If somebody turns on other side, everybody wakes up..

The place was quite crowded when we were there, and there were neighbors all around our apartment, and we could here almost everyting they were doing, especially at night. On paper there are "quiete hours" after 10 PM, in fact nobody cares, so your neighbors may wash dishes or sing at 2 AM - and you'll hear that very well. There are dishwasher and washing machine, but you don't get capsules (or whatever) for them and you have to buy it. As well as toilet paper (we got two rolls in every bathroom for 11 nights), or paper towels. Furniture quality is relatively well, but better check everything when you check in: our child under 50 kilos has sat on a sunbed and it cracked under him, we notified Irene about that and lost our deposit because "property owner looked on pictures we sent and desided that there was our fault because other sunbeds he installed are not yet broken".
