“Do Not book unless happy without swimming pool and private parking”

The house is on the grounds of La Villa in beautiful surroundings, however, it is not as well maintained as other bungalows. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean inside.

To be improved

We were deliberately misled by the landlady who assured us we could use the swimming pool on the grounds. To our great surprise, we were forbidden to enter the pool or to park our car in the private parking area despite the landlady confirming in a message that we are allowed to. The receptionist at La Villa explained to us that Villa Verde 1 does not contribute to the insurance of the grounds and therefore we cannot enjoy any of the surrounding facilities. This came as a total shock and therefore it is advisable not to book unless you’re only there for the house. The outside furniture and pathway could also be cleaned more regularly in my opinion. Furthermore, the internet only works in the living room.
