Breakfast could have been better

I don't know where to start.. as soon as we walked in to the cabin my daughter dropped my phone down the side of the sofa, as I went to get it I ended up covered in cobwebs and a spider ran out and terrified my daughter. I then looked around the cabin and realised how dirty it was - dirt on the floors, under the beds, cobwebs everywhere.. We had done a big food shop as we planned to cook every night, however, the pan was really disgusting. We did complain the next day, and they gave us a new pan, which we were thankful for. Then when I came to cook, the light above the cooker didn't work, and it was very dark in there so I couldn't really see. The TV also didn't work. Honestly by day 3 we were bored of complaining. We were supposed to stay for 6 nights, but we left after 4. It was 30 degrees and there was no fan so we couldn't sleep, also I was fed up of being crawled on by earwigs. Also the shutters didn't close properly so my daughter was waking up early every morning with the light. Also we were not advised our dog was not allowed to stay in the cabin by himself, not even while we went to the pool.. and they are not allowed in the pool area. Not sure what we were supposed to do! Also, anything extra you had to pay for. If you wanted towels - 3 euros each. Laundry - 5 euros, then another 5 euros if you want to dry it! BBQ - 5 euros per use.
