“Not the best for money spent”
The best

The receptionist was very nice! I think her name was Marta and she was from Poland - she was very polite and friendly - biggest applause for her!

To be improved

The rest of the staff was weird to be honest. Rude, not helpful at all, gave side eye looks. Went to the swimming pool at 10am, it was closed. Went to ask to unlock the gates - that's all she did, didn't even bother to unlock the toilets. The toilets were in disgusting state - not even cleaned the day before, no toilet paper, rubbish everywhere. The bungalow had a strong smell, was on the old side, photos weren't even close to what it actually looked like. Staff didn't even speak basic English, when asked for something they had no idea what I was talking about.

“Everything needed for an 11-day stay was available. Even the lack of a kettle was not a problem. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Perfect location if you are coming by car (free parking next to the apartments). Nice area around and a responsive team that was in touch ( Thank you, Marta! :)). · Cons: -”

“All went well, and the stay met our expectations.”
The best

The staff are friendly and helpful. The bungalows are basic but very adequate, the location is good. its our second visit.

To be improved

We thought the shower cubicle could do with upgrade, we stayed in the same unit as our last visit, the aluminium cubicle leaks at the bottom

“Holiday in Lloret de Mar in Papalus.”
The best

We like the location of the bungalow in a quiet area but not far from the nearest beach, shops, cafes. As well, it was pleasant to seat outside at the terrace to have breakfast or dinner and looked at the sunset. All necessary things are in the bungalow.

To be improved

Everything was OK. Nothing disturbed our rest there.
