“Sun and pool 😊”

The best

It’s the third time we stayed here. As always a wonderful stay in Parque Nogal. It’s a quiet complex in a quiet neighbourhood and the swimming pool is amazing (heated in winter)

To be improved

There’s nothing we really didn’t like because the bungalows have everything you wish for but they are a bit outdated and need some renovation…

“Great apartments, location good, lovely pool area.”

We had no real issues, except we didn’t see a maid for the full 7 days. I know there is a €20 fee to pay but I was of the understanding that was for bedding change etc, not for towels & toilet roll. Don’t get me wrong I went to reception and they instantly provided clean towels, and we bought toilet roll, it was not a real issue for us but others may not be happy.

“Could be a good apartman with more comfy beds and lower price.”

It was close to shops and we could always find parking spots. It is a quiet place.

To be improved

The staff not so friendly, we have never got new towels or sheets however it was written that we get them more times per week. The beds are so uncomfortable, I felt in the morning I slept on the floor. For over 700 Euros for a week there are better places in Gran Canaria I can compare to other places as I have been there more than 17 times in the last years. Small bugs and tiny spiders all over.
