“VERY DANGREOUS:burgled/robbed through night while sleeping.”

BE SERIOUSLY AWARE: we were robbed through the night. Please Do not stay at this property. We stayed here for 1 night on route to uk. It’s not what it looks in pictures but that wasn’t really the issue. We are a family of 4 with young kids. We went to sleep at around 1am and woke up at 4am to realise we were burgled/robbed whilst asleep.our laptop,cash and other stuff all gone. The cash was on my bedside table in my room so they come right next to me.im more happy that they didn’t harm the children. The police attended and are checking forensics and cctv. When speaking to other residents I found out this isn’t the first time and In reviews people been robbed before. Do not use unless you want to get robbed. I will be trying to upload the police report for everyone’s info. Drawers were all opened and bags were emptied after being taken downstairs and exited via kitchen back door which has a flimsy lock.

To be improved

Do not use unless you want to get robbed when you are in bed. I’m not sure if they had keys or broke in through the patio door but they definitely know the building and have done this before. BE SERIOUSLY AWARE.

“Spacy appartments with private swimming pool and parking inside the premises. More maintenance and airconditioning would help to improve the quality. The appartments are 3 minutes walking from the beach. · Cons: Noisy nights - neighbours sitting and talking in the courtyard or balcony till 5 o'clock morning. Eventhough they were not talking loudly, it was like they were sitting just next to the bed. Every night someone else. Keys pickup was tricky - we got several very long messages with at least two addresses in spanish language to the booking.com application before arrival. The application on iPhone in czech language does not enable either direct translation or at least copy and paste. Finally we had to phone to the showed phone number where the lady told us the reception address in the way our GPS was able to locate it.”

“SCAM - You will not get your desposit back”

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT The owners were incredibly rude, although the apartment was quite underwhelming, were only there for work we did not plan to be in the apartment much. The first issue, there was no hot water. we asked several times for this to be resolved however we heard nothing back whatsoever. upon checking out the owners began to blame us for noise complaints they had received from the apartment OPPOSITE ours - we heard the noise every night out selves but choose not to say anything. Our apartment was spotless and we were still refused our €150 deposit back. To make matters worse we realised we had left money on the side and kindly asked to be let back in to retrieve it, they refused us entry back into the apartment. day light robbery. I hope no one else falls victims to this obvious scam!!!

it’s near the beach and Condis is a walk when you need to buy something there are some restaurant nearby too. the staff is friendly.

To be improved

I didn’t like that it’s cold no heater. but in the summer it’s perfect im sure. and it’s my first time to stay where you put the linen by yourself and take it out by yourself when you check out.
