Bungalows Vistaflor

What I liked: The location is nice. Short walk to Playa del Ingles and nice to make walks to the neighbourhood. In the kitchen was everything I needed. What I didnt like: The noice from the neighbours. If you are a light sleeper this is not the best place for you. You can here the sounds from outside and through the walls very easily. The bed was really old and ugly looking although comfortable to sleep. Overall the apartment was a bit old and shabby. Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space nearby. The breakfast room is super noicy but the food quality was good. But having a breakfast there is not a moment that you enjoy because of the noice. The problem with this hotel for me is too many people in quite small pool area and in the breakfast room. I like more calm and peaceful places.

Disappointing and tatty. Food is very, very poor. No vegetarian main meal options so ended up eating out. Shame as we had paid all inclusive. Bar poorly manned and staff miserable. Rooms are tired. Best part was pool area

We stayed at Vistaflor for a full week during Zumba Camp 2026, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and safe. The entire environment is beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the pool area, and everything felt comfortable and well organized throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. A big thank you to Nourdin, Fran, Alberto, and Antonio, and also to the wonderful ladies at the hotel whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Awesome location. Great value for tge money. The service was top-level the whole week. The food and drinks were great, the entertainment was fun and lively, and the pool area created the perfect place to relax after long days of dancing. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the staff were always accommodating whenever we needed anything. Hosting a large group like our Zumba Camp for an entire week is not easy, but the Vistaflor team handled it wonderfully. Their hospitality, positive energy, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a great week — we would happily come back again!

Not worth of the money. At night there is very rude male reception. But at day there is good customer service. Room and food is not worth of this money plus the pool😕

A typical hotel/resort/bungalow in Canary Island, with normal rooms, not in the best conservation state, but they are ok. Is not new and the rooms needs a little bit maintenance but everything is clean and working. The sleep quality depends on your neighbor, because the wall allow the sounds from the other apartments and from in front also you can listen the persons talking. If your sleep quality depends of the noise, this is not a good place for you. The staff was always friendly and happy face, and ready to help you. The breakfast was good, but in a very noisy place because there is a lot of people talking.

Lovely small complex of two storey Bungalows, which although dated furniture, have all you need. Staff are very friendly and English speaking. Satti (not sure of spelling) the lady on reception was extremely lovely and helpful. She is an expat so she was fantastic to chat with. The only thing l would have liked in the bungalow was a privacy net behind the blackout curtains as most bungalows are closely overlooked. The pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds. Food was of a good buffet standard. Would visit this resort again if l was on the island.
