“Disappointing.”
The best

The air con was broken, clearly not checked prior to arrival. There was a heat wave, and was 33 degrees inside.

To be improved

The company who manage this property, who moved us to a smaller, less expensive apartment with no compensation, were exceedingly rude and aggressive when we said we weren’t happy with where we were being moved to.
