“Reasonably priced room in modern apartment close to the old town”

From the description I expected a bigger guesthouse, but this is just a private apartment where the rooms are rented out separately. The whole place is on the 9th floor, and is modern, very clean and nice. My room was small, but the view was great, and the bed was comfortable. I felt very comfortable, because I was alone in the whole apartment, otherwise it can be a bit cramped if all 4 rooms are occupied. The host communicated well, I got all the necessary information in good time, and the automatic check-in worked as intended. Wifi also worked well. There was also a large free parking right next to the house, although it was not stated on Booking.com. I missed being allowed to use the oven (there are generally a lot of rules and prohibitions here), and it was a bit strange that the living room and kitchen do not have windows, it was dark there even in the middle of the day. The location is not far from the old town, it is actually a walking distance, but the surrounding area doesn't look very pretty. But it is reasonably priced, that should probably be expected

I think it is overpriced for a single room with a shared bathroom. The place looked clean at first but when you look closer, you'll see that it isn't in some places. The handles of the drawers in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned in a long time for instance. The bed blanket did not have a cover and I got quite cold in the night. Besides an extra very small blanket in the closet, there wasn't anything else to keep myself warm with.
