We found all staff to be beyond helpful, the rooms comfortable. We had two rooms, we asked for double beds. The AC worked well, as it had been very hot outside. The rooms were both lovely. We had an excellent experience with receptionist, Flori! She was helpful, friendly, accommodating to our requests for information about town. We had left a reading device in one room. It was found and then as we needed it to be sent by mail, they were most helpful, returning it to us! We so appreciated the extra help!

To be improved

The elevator was only for 2 people, small luggage, but it was there! Parking was a few blocks away. It would be nice to have it closer.

“Good, budget friendly hotel in Girona”
The best

The hotel is clean, has all the basic amenities and is 1 km away from the historic center. It has a lounge area with dining tables and cutlery in case you order-in food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Alexander who re-filled our water bottle multiple times. We read that the tap water in Girona is not the best, so should be avoided. So we asked Alexander for water via the filtration system in the hotel kitchen. It was a blessing.
