Location, check in and check out process, ability to park car, room design.

To be improved

Room size, it’s quite small, hard to unpack and keep baggage, can be challenging to find, however good that there is parking place for unpacking and check in. Wall are too thin, hard to sleep after 7-8.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is around the block in communal parking - but very safe with key access. In the middle of Chinatown and near cafes.

To be improved

Sheets and towels were clean, but floor could have been mopped properly.

“Nice little hotel close to the city center”
The best

We spent two nights here and everything was as advertised. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They have a self check-in and check-out process which make things super convenient. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to all the main attractions.
