The ac didn’t work work a flip. Hot Beds were comfy Floors were dirty Shower was fabulous but I was exhausted

“Poor Privacy, Unacceptable Service”

This hotel has serious privacy and safety issues—the windows directly face the living rooms of neighboring residential buildings, offering zero security or seclusion. Additionally, check-in took an *hour*, and when we asked to speak directly to the manager about our concerns, the staff made endless excuses to avoid it. Clearly, they knew there were problems but chose to hide them instead of addressing guest complaints properly. Unprofessional, uncomfortable, and utterly disappointing. Do not recommend.

“Short but sweet”
The best

Booked last minute due to flight cancellation. Choose it because of the location and access to transport to the airport. The location is excellent. Despite being just of the Ramblas is was quiet. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were friendly. We had a very short stay but would definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Barcelona.
