Location good, beds comfortable and bathroom generous size for 2 people, aircon

Lack of space for suitcases, refrigerator not working, no window Power outages x2, 3am light and alarm came and stayed on. On 4th floor elevator not working, room not serviced when requested. No apology for disrupted night.

Very little, the hotel isn’t a hotel and shouldn’t be marketed as such. It is a scam to say the least.

To be improved

The front door never seemed to work, the key card felt unresponsive and the entrance was filthy dirty and outdated with a very old elevator and narrow stairs.

“The property was located in a good area that was close by to amenities and travel links to the city centre. · Cons: When we first arrived immediately we saw some ants on the floor, on the next day some on top of the mini fridge. On the last day of our 3 day stay, we forgot to throw away our empty juice bottles and came back to see lots of ants crawling on them. At night the ants would go away, however this was not a pleasant situation which is disappointing as other parts of the property were satisfactory.”
