“Modern, Clean and outstanding property”

From the offset, the host was super helpful. I frequently visit Benalmadena and Puerto Marina so this property was a blessing. I phoned Gema, who helped me through every question I had. The check in was smooth - we were allowed to check in earlier as the apartment was empty the previous night. The apartment block is quiet, very clean and in a brilliant area away from the typical loud holiday makers. The place was super clean, with a great bed, bathroom and other facilities such as a nespresso machine and a washing machine. There was also a lovely pool open to guests (you will have to pay 4€/per day for a sunbed - although this is common in this residential area of benalmadena). This was clean, and also offered a bar/cafe poolside. People have mentioned the lifts are slow - but I found no faults with them. To sum this up, I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Gema, I will be returning in the future.

To be improved

I found no faults, although it would be brilliant if there was a microwave and maybe some more of the lovely coffee pods!

everything was great close to supermarket restaurant and bars room had everything in it and bathroom was clean with a good shower also nice balcony and good veiws

My only critisism of the apartment was there was no full length mirror, as a woman i really missed this. It would have been helpful to know that the whole around and near the apartments are undergoing major construction. This wasnt a biggy for me however may affect those with mobility issues

Location, very close to the sea, sea view, new bathroom, the studio had everything you need, perfect for a couple and can sleep 2 people very comfortably, quiet at night, very big swimming pool with waterfalls, enough amenities, nice hall in the block, several supermarkets ver close to the building.

To be improved

Street works around the building which begin not early but it is a temporary inconvenience. The window in kitchen allows light from the corridor at night. I would make it dark.

Very clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Laundry machine and coffee maker in the room was brilliant!

To be improved

The lifts feel a little old and take a long time to get to the floor. I've only ever seen one employee, felt a little 'ghost town vibe'. On weekends it can be a little noisy outside but it's just fine when the balcony door is closed.
