Apartment is very hot on summer. It only has a small and old AC unit in the living room. If you want to be able to sleep in the bedroom, you have to leave the AC always on to have a (small) chance of some cool air in the bedroom. After about 5 minutes the AC starts dripping water (in no small amount) in the living room floor. You have to start mopping the water or use a bucket (which fills during the night). Contacted the property manager, they sent a technician (2 days later) which fixed the problem... for about 6 hours. Then everything was back to the same until the end of our 8 day stay. The bathroom is clean, with towels and pretty much nothing else. You don't even get one hotel-sized soap bar to wash your hands and for an 8 day stay you get a small roll of toilet paper. Property manager explained that the toilet paper was a 'courtesy' and that customers should buy their 'favorite brands' of supplies (which we did at the supermarket, although not our favorite brands which were unavailable...). Same thing and same answer in the kitchen where there was only one small 'courtesy' trash bag.... From street level to the apartment door there's a 25-30 steps steep climb, which is good for your ('courtesy') cardio... (and even better with luggage)
