“The accommodation was basic and we hardly slept. Affected our enjoyment of Malaga.”

The location was perfect.

To be improved

The bed was very uncomfortable, The mattress is old and hard. The shower did not drain properly and would overflow. The cups were old, stained and broken. The pillows need replacing and there were no spare pillowcases. One towel is not enough for a 4 night stay.

Overall happy with our stay. Comfortable apartment in a lovely location. No noisey neighbours.

To be improved

Took us awhile to find the extra towels. Despite asking about extras and told there was none provided. Toilet brush needs replacing it was disgusting. Not enough shower gel provided for 2 people

The best

Location was good kettle stopped working mug with crack the whole way so wouldn’t use any of them. Shower not very clean around it. The key was left in a key holder on the door but we were not told that this was the apartment so we spent a good while looking for it and in the end we phoned the no on the email to be told that was the appartment where key was. Very badly explained in email

Apartment was comfortable and location was perfect

To be improved

Reported a problem with bathroom lights which fell out of ceiling and were hanging nothing was done. Also the dran in shower was blocked and water over flowed. I had to unblock drain
