To be improved

Too much hassle checking in. Got a mail a few days before with a link to an app, in Spanish, that didn’t work, with a message saying that if I didn’t fill in all the information on the app, I wouldn’t be able to enter. Including many question I had noe idea about how to answer. And then it sll collapsed before I had finished. Spent ages to sort this out and to get the info from my friend, as well. I would have cancelled if it had been possible. Seems like an airbnb camouflaging as an hotell. Better to stay in an hotell, where you actually meet real people in a reception instead of dealing with apps, whatsap and phone calls. Or a proper airbnb.
