“Cute apartment, really central!”

The best

Amazing location, in the centre without being super busy. Of course, there's some street noise, but considering how close you are to the center it's really doable. Also, the bedroom is situated next to a small street (and not the bigger street), so not many people go there. The private roof terrace is amazing, gives a great view and you have sun there all afternoon. Also, the decoration is really cute and we really felt at home.

To be improved

The dishwasher was broken. They sent someone to fix it but he didn't manage to fix it. We asked for an expert to come, but then they didn't respond anymore to arrange it. The mattress is also very soft and likely quite old.

The staff were communicative and helpful, once I was given the details key collection was eventually easy, the flat was clean enough and location very good.

There was an issue with payment, which made the day before arrival stressful. I was sent a payment link that did not work, and I was told it does not work outside of Spain.. I don't understand how this can be the case for a tourist apartment!? I eventually had to make a bank transfer before arrival to be given the access code and address... which I was not happy about and will never do again. Because this was last min I did not cancel the reservation but I did consider it. Overall, staff were helpful, and this is probably not their fault but its still a very bad user experience. The other issue was that the apartment was not very comfortable, in particular the bed! We had four nights of terrible sleep. The mattress comes with a very thin and cheap mattress protector that kept falling off, and this was topped with a flat bed sheet that wasn't big enough for the bed and could not be tucked in, so this kept falling off as well. I had to re-make the bed every day. This is very basic stuff and I expected more for the price paid.

Location was good and the space in the apartment was spacious lovely and clean. All the kitchen utensils that you needed and more.

The dishwasher door isn't on a hinge so when we opened the door it fell onto our shin and foot which hurt alot and caused a big bruise. Very dangerous and glad it wasn't our child that opened the door. We decided to go buy washing up liquid and wash in the sink rather than use the dishwasher. It should have explained in the description of the apartment that the roof top terrace isn't directly off the apartment. You had to go out of the apartment door upstairs and then there is another locked door leading onto the rooftop, Although it was private. It wasn't suitable if you had children asleep in the apartment and you wanted to sit outside.
