“Poor hygiene and complicated check-in ruined the experience”

The location is close to the city center. There is an underground garage, which is a big plus for bikers, especially during extreme heat.

To be improved

The apartment was very dirty. All the dishes in the kitchen were unwashed. Some of the cookware was not only dirty but also rusty, a serious health risk. The check-in process is complicated. You need to pick up the keys at a completely different address. Imagine doing that in full motorcycle gear under 33°C in the sun. The internet kept disconnecting, so if that's important to you, make sure to have a backup.

Everything. Good location, very cozy and comfortable apartment, both bed and sofa super comfortable. Kitchen was well equiped for cooking meals for ourselves too. Would definitely go back again.

To be improved

Everything was great, just surprised there were so many kitchen utensils but no tea spoons. It's a minor inconveniene though.
