Absolutely awful. Lied about the amenities. I travelled over 15 hours to get here and to find it messy and there was no wifi, I was unable to let my family know I was safe. Emergency number didn’t actually work, we rang countless times and even messaged, eventually got a response the following morning. The door wouldn’t lock properly, the AC was not working and the bedding and towels had stains. Furniture was incorrectly assembled and coffee table had fallen on us. (My sister was 5 months pregnant) we made the owner aware of the conditions and they didn’t take any responsibility, including pictures of her foot injury from the table collapsing on it, instead we got called cheap people, verbally abused and told to leave the property as soon as possible, we felt extremely unsafe and we were left stranded for the day and forced to find alternative accommodation. Property owner is very rude and despicable. Please stay away at all costs.
