“It is a really nice place and has good value.”
The best

The property has an amazing location. Kika is always at your diaposal in case you need anything and very friendly. The rooms all have a wonderful view to the lake and access to a really nice shared balcony among them.

To be improved

We had to rewash most of the kitchen cuttlery, glasses and cups, because they had stains and were not properly washed. The garden on the back looked like it alwas hit by a tornado and we did not use it at all because it was simply not inviting. The front balcony is very noisy, and for this reason we also did not use it. I guess some guest would not mind this, but for us it was not what we expected.

“Great for bigger family or small group”
The best

Great apartment 150 m from the beautiful beach. Apartment was clean with fully equipped kitchen and spacious common areas great for dining and socializing. All rooms have air conditioning and 2 bathrooms for appt. Great location, there is supermarket and small restaurants 200 m. Transport from Palma airport took no more than 40 mins. Higly recomend for 8 people.
