Rita is a wonderful host. The room has air-con and was large, clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided everyday. The house is located in a very peaceful street close to Playa Mitjorn and the amenities of Ca Mari. Along with a table and two chairs there were also two sun loungers with a parasol available outside the room which was useful. A clothes dryer for hanging wet clothes and towels was also provided. Also shout out to the staff at Formentera Break who manage the property as they were very friendly and efficient in all our interactions.

To be improved

The only two (minor) complaints I have is that the shower head needs to be replaced in the bathroom as it's blocked and sprays water everywhere, and the sun loungers could do with some kind of cushion padding to lie on as the wooden slats aren't very comfortable for long periods of time.

The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, the Gecko Beach Club and the beach front bar on the beach.

No soap or shampoo. Toilet paper only refilled once finished. No cleaning products but supposed to clean your own dishes. We were kept awake for hours one night by the noise from downstairs underneath our room. It sounded like furniture being moved around and scraped across the floor. The beds and room in general are hostel level of comfort, so nice enough, but not good value. You really need a car to stay at this location as it is not close to many shops or restaurants.
