“Overall, we had an excellent stay.”

The apartment had a fantastic overall design and layout, complemented by a beautiful garden. Its location was ideal, with easy access to both the supermarket and the beach. The facilities, including the dishwasher, washing machine, stove, grill, and more, were in excellent condition and extremely useful, particularly the stove.

To be improved

The quality of the beds, particularly the two single ones, could be improved to offer better comfort. Additionally, the apartment’s cleanliness left something to be desired, as there was still a significant amount of dirt beneath the sofa, for example.

Exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and clean. The accommodation was close to the sea so we could go to the beach anytime. Bus stops were near and the convenience store was right across the street.

We are very happy with the apartment itself, location with short distances to public transport, supermarket and beaches. Nice room solution. Easy to get to Palma city center.

To be improved

What we are not very happy with is the use of the outdoor area in the back garden, where we experienced complaints from the nearest neighbor about talking, laughing and playing music in moderate volume. The complaints often came before 23:00 in the evening, whether it was Saturday or a normal weekday. This resulted in the police standing at our door the last evening, about 23:00 in the evning before we were to go home, after the neighbor had complained about noise. The police informed us that there was no time for peace and order during the day. They therefore wanted to fine us because of the noise. This means that it is very challenging to rent this apartment, whether you are adult ladies like us (age 57 years), or e.g. a family with children, as it is simply not possible to stay in this outdoor area at any time during the day.

The beach 5 minutes from the property, perfect for evening walks, very close to the shop, easy to park the car, the apartment is very spacious, clean, very helpful owner

To be improved

Additional charges for air conditioning, which is only in two bedrooms, neighbors who paid attention to the volume in the apartment, even if we were sitting in the living room and talking quietly, you can't use the terrace in the evenings, because at 8 p.m. the neighbors quiet down when you just talk
