The best

Ca Na Volantina is one of the best villas we’ve been to. Both the villa itself and the garden are beautifully landscaped and they provide a wonderful experience of Puerto Pollenca. The facilities are excellent, the pool is fantastic and the additional facilities (e.g. washing machine and summer house) were really helpful. The communications with Ana and Anja was excellent and I felt that if needed they would be there to help. I would recommend a visit to the villa, and would be delighted to return.

To be improved

There was so much to praise that the good points far outweigh anything negative to be honest. One common problem was the number of mosquitoes that were in the property when we arrived. We were all bitten over the first day or two until we could get them all out, and then it improved. It’s a difficult thing to control because the villa needs fresh air when being cleaned and the shutters and windows need opening. Once we had cleared them out it was much better so I would recommend doing that as soon as you arrive. Also, although we didn’t mind a cat being on the premises (and we did feed it), it would sometimes become quite aggressive when hungry, which frightened my 6 year old girl. It’s quite common to have cats in the region to keep vermin away, and we did wonder if, because we were feeding it, that it kept coming back.

“Great experience, will be coming back!”

The best

Overall a great experience! The property was big and beautiful while the landscaping was also really nice. The house itself was clean and fresh. Plenty of space for us (6 adults and 2 kids). The city center is a bit of a walk but we preferred to be in a quieter area, just outside the city limits. The pool was a big hit, especially with the kids. The house has all you could possibly need for a week. The pictures are nice but I think in reality the house and view is even better. Would definitely book again!

To be improved

A minor problem was the dishwasher, could be better. It could also explain why some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty upon arrival. A couple people thought the matrass was a bit hard, I didnt mind it however.
