“Property had not been cleaned”
The best

Beds were comfy, the views from the roof terrace were decent.

To be improved

We arrived at 4pm and the property hadn't been cleaned, it was just as the previous occupiers had left it - beds not changed, dirty towels in the bath, food on the side in the kitchen, etc, etc. So we had to frantically arrange alternative accommodation for our first night which was very expensive and involved driving halfway round the island. We came back the next morning and it had been cleaned overnight. The shower head attachment to the wall is broken which was annoying.
