“Very good place for few days with family”
The best

Very close to tram stop which is connected with subway end station. 10 minutes walk from the beach, shops. Quite a few restaurances around the area. Very good contact with the host. Clear instructions how to get into the flat. Flat is equipped with everything what is needed to spend a few nice days in Valencia with the family. Equipment was working well, nothing was broken. Very clean. Everything well prepared for visitors. I am only not a fan of mattresses used but maybe it is a matter of my personal prefferences. My wife says that they were ok ;-)

“Nice, clean, close to the everything”
The best

Great apartment, clean and comfortable, in an excellent location, close to the markets, restaurants, shops and the beach, 5-6min to everything. Communication with the host Alfonso was excellent, a big recommendation for him. Good value for the money.

The owners very kind and helpful, the apartment of a decent size, well equipped with basic things for the stay, such as shampoo, soap, kitchen roll, baking paper, alu foil, salt, tea, coffee, etc.

The best

Very nice flat 5 min walking from the beach. Loads of space, fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machines etc. Easy way to check in and check out and very friendly and helpful owners. Oh, also umbrellas for the beach and some beach towels too. I definitely recommend this place for a group of friends

To be improved

I found the shower a bit "messy" cause the curtain doesn't really close properly and it's basically sure the fact that you're going to get water out of it. Not a big deal (there was a mop and extra towels), but I think that improving it could make this place a full 10. The twin room can be hot cause there is no aircon but the fan in the ceiling helps. Also, the pictures on here. The place is much nicer!!!! :)
