Communication with host very sketchy. Our train arrived late, but no one answered the only phone number listed when we tried to inform them; chatting via the site was impossible on the train due to sparse wifi. We asked about checkout (where/how to leave the key), and are already yet nobody has replied.

Shower leaking out on the bathroom floor

-as some people mentioned, the showers are leaking, both of them, unfortunately -there is no hanger or shelf for towels in the bathrooms -check in instructions were not sent in advance as per the description, and there were big delays in replies. It would be useful to know in advance that an app is needed for the apt - a little inconvenient that only one person gets access to the apt through the app, but there’s a spare key so didn’t make much difference to us - there’s no dryer for dishes which is also a bit inconvenient as we cooked a lot during our stay - there’s no trash can in the apartment

The cleaning for what I have to wait more than 2 hour from the official check-in time, was not 100%. After the floor got dry, hairs could be found and I had to clean it up. Secondly got responses from host very rare

Giant cockroaches. It was not cleaned well. We had to buy toilet brush for second toilet. It's shame, that it was missing! Terrible smell. No trash bins and water leak from shower: previous reviews mention this, but it was not fixed! Poor communication with host. Check-in details were not provided in advance. However we had asked them few days before without response.
