The staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was exceptional! The showere was powerful and warm.

The staff were very kind and helped me with every question I had — for that, I give 10/10. All of my requests were fulfilled. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful sea view. There’s a pool, a private bar, an entertainment program, and most importantly, a 24/7 reception desk, which is very convenient for check-in and check-out at any time. The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and can rate the hotel very highly. Everything was excellent

The location. Cala Ferrera and the platja is the best in Mallorca.

To be improved

Dirty. Carpet is 70+ years old and smells. Bad odors abound. Not nearly worth the rate. Unfriendly staff. Full of Germans and Brits. No Spanish people to be found. Sad.
