Lovely clean apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whole apartment complex very well-maintained and cared for. Plenty for the kids to do - pool table, air hockey, table tennis and of course the pool itself. Beautiful sea view which we made the most of. Location fantastic. Beach 20 meters away! Small supermarket directly next door with essential items and a lovely little bakery. Centre of Port de Pollença a 15-20 walk along the sea front. Water sports, restaurants and shops. Perfect. We hope to be back!

To be improved

A bit of noise at night from the apartment above us - bumps, furniture scraping across floor etc. Not enough to ruin trip and probably to be expected in the absence of carpets. Still a bit annoying though. Kitchen facilities basic but we only ate in a couple of nights so made it work.

The view from room 102 is outstanding. Next door is a Spar. Family location Quiet at night

To be improved

EasyJet cancelled our flights. This was out of my control. I turned up at 0230 in the morning and was charged a full fee for 6 hrs. Perhaps some flexibility would be welcomed.

Welcoming atmosphere and rooms were comfortable. Location also great.

Maybe not something for people trying avoiding a bit family noise. Lots of families with smaller kids.
